troubleshooting

The app won't load in my browser

Fix browser loading issues by checking compatibility, clearing cache, disabling extensions, or using incognito mode.

Supported browsers

FamilyCaseHub works best on the latest versions of:

Internet Explorer is not supported. If you are using an older or uncommon browser, please switch to one of the above.

Update your browser

An outdated browser is the most common cause of loading issues. To update:

Clear your cache and cookies

Corrupted cached data can prevent the app from loading:

  1. Open your browser settings
  2. Find Clear browsing data (usually under Privacy)
  3. Select Cached images and files and Cookies
  4. Set the time range to All time
  5. Click Clear data
  6. Restart your browser and try again

Disable browser extensions

Some extensions interfere with web applications, particularly:

Try disabling all extensions temporarily, or use an incognito/private window which runs without extensions by default.

Try incognito mode

Opening the app in a private window rules out cache and extension issues in one step. If it works in incognito but not normally, the problem is a cache issue or an extension conflict.
