I want to delete my account

How to request deletion of your FamilyCaseHub account and what information may be retained afterward.

What account deletion means

Deleting your FamilyCaseHub account closes your access to the service and removes the account’s active working data from normal use.

Before requesting deletion, we recommend exporting anything you may need to keep.

What is deleted

When an account deletion request is completed, FamilyCaseHub will remove the account’s active data, which may include:

What may be retained

Some information may still be retained where this is necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or audit purposes.

This may include:

Retained records are not kept as part of your active working account.

Export your data first

Before requesting deletion, we strongly recommend exporting your data. You may need these documents for your case.

If an export tool is available in the app, use that first. If not, contact support and ask for help before your deletion request is completed.

See Export all my data for full details.

How to request deletion

If account deletion is available in the app, you can use that process there.

If you cannot access your account, or would prefer support to handle the request, submit a support ticket and ask for account deletion from the email address linked to your account.

We may need to confirm your identity before processing the request.
