I want to delete all my data

How to request deletion of your FamilyCaseHub data and what information may still be retained.

Data deletion vs account deletion

Deleting your data is different from deleting your entire account.

If you are unsure which you need, contact support before making the request.

What data deletion means

A data deletion request is intended to remove the account’s active working data from normal use. This may include:

What may still be retained

Some information may still be retained where this is necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or audit purposes.

This may include:

Retained records are not kept as part of your active working data.

Export first

Before requesting deletion, we strongly recommend exporting any information you may need to keep.

If an export tool is available in the app, use that first. If not, contact support and ask for help before your deletion request is completed.

How to request deletion

If data deletion is available in the app, you can use that process there.

If you cannot access that flow, or want help understanding what will be deleted, submit a support ticket and explain that you want to request deletion of your data.

We may need to confirm your identity before processing the request.
